Summary of 2016

In 2016 PZU Group carried out numerous transactions in the health care and banking sector and took over three more health entities and successively expanded cooperation with health care establishments. Also in 2016 PUZ increased the involvement in the banking sector through Alior Bank’s acquisition of an independent part of Bank BPH.
